Hey this is my groups wikispace on the Topic of "Origins of the Universe"
Dear Fellow Astronomers
As dedicated employees of SETI (Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence) at home I am asking you to partake in an extremely important assignment.
Your first task will be to investigate and outline different systems. These must include in any order the following
1. Nebula
2. Protostar
3. Red Giant
4. White Dwarf
5. Red Supergiant
6. Supernova
7. Neutron Star
8. Pulsars
9. Planets
You may also include any other systems you feel necessary.
You must then decide which of these systems is most suitable for sustaining life forms. With regards to supporting human life, how might we get there?
I wish you all success in your new project.
Yours Sincerely,
Dan Werthimer
(Chief Scientist, University of California)
In this wikispace my group memebers are going to talk about different stars planets and phenomenons in the universe and if we can live near them or on them.
